Effective October 12, 2026 · Latitude & Co. LLC
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services of Latitude & Co. LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company located at 2 Holden Court, Boston, MA 02109 (“Latitude,” “we,” “us”), and the website golatco.com. They are provided in keeping with Massachusetts regulations on the sale of travel services (940 CMR 15.00). Please read them before booking.
We act as a travel agent, arranging travel on your behalf with independent suppliers — cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, airlines, transfer companies and similar providers. We are not the supplier of those services. Each supplier is a separate company responsible for the services it provides, under its own terms and conditions.
Before any booking is confirmed, we provide you in writing with the information required under 940 CMR 15.00, including:
In most cases, suppliers charge you directly for your travel. Deposits, final payments, and the rules for cancellations and refunds are set by each supplier and given to you in writing before you book. Any refund is issued by the supplier according to its own policy; we do not control the amount or timing of supplier refunds.
Our planning advice is complimentary on most trips. Where a planning or service fee applies, it is always quoted to you in writing before booking, and you agree to it in advance. Fees, where charged, may be paid by credit card, check, Zelle or ACH.
When we are asked to book flights only — not as part of a larger trip we are arranging — airlines generally do not pay us a commission. For these standalone air bookings, we charge a flat service fee of $50 per ticket, due at the time of booking and paid directly to Latitude & Co.
Prefer to use travel points, or book your flights yourself? That’s perfectly fine — you’re welcome to, and we’ll gladly handle the remainder of your trip.
Flights are booked directly with the airline, and the airline’s own fare rules apply. Once a ticket is booked, any changes, cancellations, refunds, schedule changes or penalties are the responsibility of the traveler and are governed entirely by the airline’s policies. We are glad to help where we can, but we do not control airline schedules, change fees or refunds. Air travel booked as part of a complete trip may be handled differently and will be quoted to you in writing.
For the trips we arrange, our commissions are paid by the hotels, vendors and suppliers — including hotels, cruises, tours and the other parts of a vacation — not by you. Standalone flights are the exception described above, and any planning or service fees are always quoted in writing before booking.
For group bookings, the deposit, payment and cancellation terms vary by supplier and are provided to you in writing before the group is confirmed. Group space is subject to the supplier’s rules on names, changes and minimum numbers.
We strongly recommend travel insurance, and we offer it on every trip. It can protect against cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies and other covered events. If you choose to travel without it, we may ask you to confirm that decision in writing.
You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid passports, visas and any required travel documents, and for meeting the health and entry requirements of your destinations. We are glad to share general guidance, but requirements are set by governments and can change.
Suppliers may change prices, schedules, itineraries, ships, hotels or routings. Such changes are governed by the supplier’s terms. We will communicate changes to you promptly and help you respond to them.
Because we act as an agent, we are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions or defaults of any supplier, or for events beyond our reasonable control — including force majeure (such as weather, natural events, strikes, health emergencies or government action) and travel advisories. Our liability, where it applies, is limited to the amount of any planning or service fee you paid directly to us for the affected booking.
If something isn’t right, please tell us. Send complaints to reservations@golatco.com and we will acknowledge and respond within five (5) business days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
