We're a boutique travel advisory, planning worldwide. Latitude exists so that arranging a remarkable trip can feel like calling someone who already knows the way—because we do.
An avid, lifelong golfer and devoted traveler, John has journeyed through the Caribbean, across Europe and much of the United States — and he plans the trips he most loves to take himself: golf getaways to championship courses, and the stays, meals and experiences that make the whole trip worth it.
Away from travel he’s a full-time entrepreneur running his own investment real estate company, and he brings that same operator’s eye to your trip: details handled, logistics tight, nothing left to chance. He works with every client directly, from first idea to final tee time.
Latitude & Co. grew out of something simple: the conviction that the best journeys are still shaped by a person, not a platform. After forty-five years arranging travel—for companies large and small—Kathleen Federico wanted to do it on her own terms, with the freedom to give every client her full attention and none of the constraints of a larger host.
So she started Latitude as a family agency: small by design, independent by choice, and built entirely around the people it serves. The name is a quiet nod to how we think about travel—every trip begins with a set of coordinates and someone who knows how to plot the course.
Kathy has spent forty-five years planning travel—luxury vacations across Europe and the Caribbean, high-end cruises, Disney getaways, and journeys all over the world. Over that career she's worked with companies large and small and traveled widely herself, building the kind of firsthand knowledge and supplier relationships that only decades in the business can earn.
She recently partnered with family to carry that experience into a business of their own—keeping it personal, independent, and family-run. Whether it's a milestone family trip, a bucket-list cruise, a Disney vacation, or corporate and business travel, Kathy brings the same hands-on care to every client, from first conversation to homecoming.

A handful of the places we return to again and again.
Latitude is a family agency in the truest sense. Alongside Kathy, family members handle the planning, the finer details, and the work behind the scenes—everyone bound by the same love of travel and of experiencing life to its fullest.
It means that when you work with us, you're working with people who treat your trip the way they'd treat their own—and who answer the phone when it matters.
They thought of things we didn't know to ask for. By the second trip, we stopped planning anything ourselves — we just tell Kathy the dates.

Our time, guidance and booking are complimentary. You pay the trip price, with us in your corner.
We're compensated by the cruise lines, hotels and tour operators we work with — not by you.
